A road trip is probably the best way to see the US. For those who have ever driven in the States, you will appreciate it when I say that the driver was in mind when this country was designed. When you are in any foreign country it is nice to have the freedom of the open road but in the US it is particularly nice. However you may find that it can be a bit problematic to rent a car in the US if you don’t know what you are doing.
